This is the quickest and surest way to reach us. Please use the EMail link if you have:
PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Deb cannot answer personal inquiries by EMail. Please do not send questions concerning your horse. For non-emergencies only, we provide the free Horsemanship Q/A Online Forum -- just click on the link at left to access. If you have an emergency situation, contact your local veterinarian.
ANOTHER NOTE: This is the ORIGINAL "Equine Studies Institute" founded in 1992 by Dr. Deb Bennett, Ph.D. Our Web address is: www.equinestudies.org. That's "ORG" not "COM". We are in no way associated with the folks who are using "equinestudies.com".
ORDERS BY MAIL: If you want to place an order from our Bookstore, or to take out an Associate Membership, and you want to do this by check/through the mail instead of using the totally free and highly secure PayPal buttons online, here is the procedure:
First, total up the amount for all the items you'd like to order. DO NOT put anything extra on for either postage/handling or for taxes. Postage, taxes, and all other charges have already been figured into the price. Make the check payable to "Equine Studies Institute". The check MUST be drawn in U.S. dollars (USD). We cannot process checks made out in any other currency. If you do not live in the U.S. and/or do not have a USD account, we will not be able to accept your personal check. International Money Orders or Bank Cheques made out in USD are OK. Finally, mail the check to:
Equine Studies Institute

A NOTE TO OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: If you've tried to register your credit card account with PayPal and been unsuccessful, please note that very often the reason for refusal is that you've entered the card expiration date in the European manner (day-month-year). PayPal is a bank with headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, and it uses the American form for all dates: enter FIRST Month, SECOND Day, THIRD year.
Thank you very much for your interest in our work.
Happy riding to you!
